GECP is a specialist property services consultancy focused on the fuel retailing, motor trade and roadside property sectors. 

We provide a range of services encompassing lease consultancy, valuations, agency and strategic property advice focussed on achieving the best results for our clients. 

Established by Greville English BSc FRICS, Registered Valuer in 2009 the consultancy was set up to provide a proactive personal service to its clients. 


With over 40 years’ experience, Greville English has worked within the international, corporate sector and in private practice as a Director and Shareholder.

  • Lease advisory services including advising on and successfully negotiating rent reviews, lease regearing and third party applications. 
  • Portfolio and individual property valuations for disposals and acquisitions, internal accounting, probate, and personal and SIPP pension fund purposes.

A respected veteran within the property industry, Greville has a wide variety of experience both nationally and internationally (South Africa) latterly focusing on the roadside sectors including fuel retailing and car dealership assets.


When not working, Greville's interest include travelling, gardening and enjoying time with the family and walking his two dogs.

With a wide variety of and extensive experience in marketing, administration and selling, Jacky has worked for contractors, new house developers and estate agents as well as having run her own retail and bed and breakfast businesses.


Out of office interests include fast cars and boats, gardening, DIV and interior design.
